User deposits are held by these partners and insured by the NDIC. Trikle is not liable for any loss, delay, or failure related to banking services. - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trikle is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Trikle’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the past six (6) months.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes: - Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and its States. - Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria. - Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
